For the ones we've loved and lost

If your pet is no longer with you, we'll make the memorial version: a gentle muted-rose accent with “Forever by my side” and their dates.

There's no extra charge, and we take the same quiet care over every detail.

Questions, answered

Will my phone photos be good enough?

Yes – most phone photos print beautifully. Just send the clearest versions you have (the original file rather than a screenshot is best). Every order is checked by hand, and if a photo looks too blurry or small to print well, we'll email you before printing so you can choose another.
When do I need to order for Christmas?

Order by Thursday 10 December for standard UK delivery before Christmas, or by Monday 14 December with Express.
Can I return it?

Because every print is personalised and made to order for you, it's exempt from change-of-mind returns. This doesn't affect your statutory rights: if your print arrives damaged or faulty, let us know with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
Which size and frame should I choose?

Choose from 21×30cm (A4) £49.99, 30×40cm £64.99 – our recommended size for a mantelpiece or shelf – or the 40×50cm Heirloom £84.99 for a wall. Each comes in a real wood frame in Black, White or Natural Oak, ready to hang. Prices include VAT.
Can I make a memorial version?

Yes. If your pet is no longer with you, choose our memorial wording – a gentle muted-rose accent with “Forever by my side” and their dates. There's no extra charge.
