1. About us

This website is operated by The Faithful Years ("we", "us"). Registered/trading address: Bridle Place, Ossett WF5 9PX, United Kingdom. Email: rinalds@myself.com.

These terms apply to your use of our website and to any purchase you make from us. Please read them before ordering. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Our products

We make personalised keepsake prints – such as our “Years Together” then-and-now framed print – using the photos and words you provide. Each print is made to order in the UK.

Product images on our website are example designs; your print will use your own photos and wording. Colours may vary slightly between screens and paper, and the final look of your print depends on the quality of the photos you supply. We check every order by hand and will email you before printing if a photo looks too low in quality to print well.

3. Your photos and wording

By uploading photos or text you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they are not unlawful, offensive or infringe anyone else's rights. We use your photos and wording only to make and deliver your order, and as described in our Privacy policy. We may decline an order whose content we reasonably consider unsuitable; if so, we'll refund you in full. Please check the spelling of names, dates and wording in your preview – we print the details you approve.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we have made an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Your order and our contract

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not acceptance. Our contract with you is formed when we email to confirm that your order has been accepted for production or dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if we suspect fraud or the content is unsuitable; if so, we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Prints are made to order and normally dispatched within 3–5 working days by tracked delivery. Full details, including Christmas order dates, are in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Because our prints are personalised and made to your specification, they are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If your print arrives damaged or faulty we'll replace it free of charge. Full details are in our Refund policy.

8. Faulty goods

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are explained in our Refund policy.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products. Our total liability to you for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this.

10. Using our website

You must not misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site (text, images, logos) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. Our website is hosted by Shopify.

11. Reviews and communications

If you leave a review or send us content, it must be genuine and relate to your own experience. We do not publish fake reviews. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.

12. Privacy

We use your personal data, including the photos you upload, as described in our Privacy policy.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens we will contact you and, if the delay is significant, you may cancel for a full refund.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when you placed it.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at rinalds@myself.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
