Made to order in the UK

Every print is personalised, printed and framed to order in the UK. Each order is checked by hand before printing – if a photo looks too blurry or small to print well, we'll email you before we print, which may add a little time while we wait for your reply.

Dispatch and delivery times

  • Orders are normally printed, framed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
  • Standard tracked UK delivery: Free – usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Express tracked UK delivery: £5.99 – usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We currently deliver to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer at busy times or for remote areas.

Christmas delivery

To receive your print before Christmas, please order by Thursday 10 December for standard UK delivery, or by Monday 14 December with Express. Orders placed after these dates will still be made with the same care, but we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Tracking

All orders are sent by tracked delivery. When your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow a little time for tracking information to update.

Customs and import charges

Your print is made and sent within the UK, so there are no customs or import charges on UK deliveries. If a carrier ever asks you for a payment, please contact us before paying.

Damaged, late or lost parcels

If your print arrives damaged, please email rinalds@myself.com with your order number and a photo and we'll send a free replacement. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, let us know and we'll investigate with the carrier and, if it's lost, remake and resend it or give you a full refund.

Address details

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible – we can usually update it before your order is dispatched.
